Vine Youth

Our Youth Program

Vine's Middle School (OneEighty) and High School (Revo) groups are a place where students can have a positive experience applying biblical principles to their lives. We want our students to be authentic followers of Jesus through their own personal commitments to Him and their outward commitment to sharing His truth with others at their schools and throughout the community. We believe in doing this together through friendship, being genuine and transparent with each other, and having fun. Our groups are designed so that students have lots of opportunities to bring their friends both on Sundays and during mid-week parties and events. During groups there are snacks, games, and relevant Bible discussion with the goal of helping students connect biblical principles to their everyday lives.

Youth Leader

Josh is the staff Youth Leader and he oversees our Youth programs for middle school and high school students. He and his wife Brittney have three children: Noah, Tyler, and Natalie. Formerly working in the public school system for ten years, Josh was a social science teacher and coached boys basketball and a state-champion girls softball team.

We want our 6th-8th graders to experience God in a way that helps them through the tough transition period of early adolescence and encourages them to follow Jesus and turn to Him. At One Eighty, middle school students can share meaningful growth experiences with their peers as they learn about God together.

On Sundays, we meet in the North Building during each of the services where we play games and have a practical Bible teaching. Bible discussion and prayer happen at One Eighty Small Groups, which meet on Wednesdays from 6:30-8:30pm.

We want to equip our high school students to "be real, relevant, and revolutionary" followers of Jesus in the face of the many pressures and trials that are unique to high school. Revolution (REVO) is where high school students can discover who Jesus is, grow closer to Him, build close relationships, and invite their friends.

High school students can attend the regular Sunday services, and REVO meets from 5:30-7:30pm on Sunday nights in the North Building where we have our own service with games, teaching, worship, and prayer.
