Child Dedication is a time for covenant members of Vine Church to publicly commit themselves to raising their children in the discipline and instruction of the Lord (Eph. 6:4). This brief ceremony is a time for parents to acknowledge their children as a gift from God, acknowledge their dependence on God’s grace, and to invite the loving support and prayers of the church family as they seek to raise their children in the Lord. Because this is a mutual commitment between parents and the church, Child Dedications are reserved for members of Vine Church and are held during our Members’ Meetings.
