Tithes & Offerings
At Vine, we believe the Bible calls us to be cheerful givers who bring our tithes and offerings as worship to God. We follow the principle of tithing, or giving a tenth of our income back to God, with the understanding that God has provided everything for us and that we live in total dependence on him. Offerings are gifts above and beyond a tithe to further support what God is doing through the local church. Regardless of the size of your gift, we appreciate your generosity.
How to Give
Check
The best method is simply to write a check and place it in the offering basket or offering box at a Sunday service or mail it to Vine (P.O. Box 2886, Carbondale, IL 62902). This way, you can physically offer your tithe to God as worship each month.
Online Bill-Pay
If you find yourself regularly forgetting to write your tithe check each month, it can be a good option to use your bank’s online bill-pay system. Bill-pay allows your bank to send payment directly to Vine. Please follow your bank’s procedure to get started. Here is the information your bank may require:

Online with Tithe.ly
The last option is giving through Tithe.ly. This is a convenient way to give your tithe, but there is a small fee associated with the transaction.
