Our kids program is open to Newborns through 4th Grade at both the 9am and 11 am services.

Vine Kids is open at both the 9:00 a.m. and the 11:00 a.m. services. Drop off begins 15 minutes before service begins (8:45 a.m. and 10:45 a.m.).

If it is your first Sunday, visit the Welcome Desk located in the Vine Kids lobby. A receptionist will welcome you, confirm your information, and check your child(ren) in.
On subsequent visits, you may use any of the check in station tablets to search for your family, check in, and print name tags.

When you check your child in they will be assigned a four digit code unique to them and that service. This four digit code corresponds to your parent pick up tag. Should your child need you, this four digit code will appear on the lower right hand screen at the front of the Main Auditorium. If you see your child’s number appear, bring your parent tag to the Welcome Desk in the Kids simply come back to the Welcome Desk in the Kids lobby and they will assist you further.

Yes, all who serve in Vine Kids have passed a background check.

When you check your child in for the first time, please notify the receptionist of the allergy. Also, upon dropping your child off in their appropriate room, please notify the volunteer (in a gray vest) of the allergy. Signage of foods being served in each classroom will be posted at the class drop off location.

If your child has had a fever or had symptoms of illness (cough with fever, diarrhea, vomiting, etc.) within 24 hours, they are not check-in to the kids program in order to contain the spread of sickness to other children. If a child comes down with a fever while in our care, we will page you to pick up your child.

After you check your child in and receive their printed name tag, place the nametag on your child’s back (for those 3 and under) and on the front (for those 4+). You can then walk them to the room labeled on their nametag. Upon entering the classroom you will be greeted by a Vine Kids Volunteer (wearing a gray vest).
At the conclusion of the service, you will return to your child’s classroom, show the volunteer your parent tag (with your child’s name and four digit code), they will match it with the name tag on your child before releasing them to your care. This process is to ensure the safety of your child.

If you misplace the parent tag, you will need to visit the receptionist at the Welcome Desk in the Vine Kids lobby. The receptionist will ask you for some information to verify your identity and then will provide you with a replacement parent tag. Parents will not be able to check their children out of the kids program without the parent tag. This is to ensure your child’s safety.

Vine Kids Program provides structured curriculum and learning for kids in Crab Cubby (3 year olds), Jellyfish (4 year olds – 1st grade), and Congo (2nd-4th Grade). The Crab Cubby room goes through the Jesus Storybook Bible throughout the year. Students in Jellyfish and Congo walk through the Bible in three years using The Gospel Project. Your kids will hear a Bible story, worship through song, memorize Bible passages, and enjoy other games and activities that help reinforce the Biblical truths being taught.
